Dr. Faizan Cheema
Spending 15 years of his earliest life in Kuwait, where he received his basic education and professional one in Pakistan later on He has been an eye witness and victim of Kuwait-Iraq gulf war.
The pioneer RJ of FM103, riding on the wave since its birth. Person with a lot of mood swings, basically a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine with an M.Phil and a PhD in Molecular Genetics with awe-inspiring work on the radio and a fraction of it on television as well. A person of his own kind, who believes that science too can be looked artistically and art too has so much science in it. You know him for his ‘Driving Force’.

He has been working in radio since 8th of August 2005. He is ambitious to take a firm stance in the field of radio. His shows are considered among the unique shows of Lahore. He used to believe more on innovations and extempore factor of a presentation. He does not like the monotonous and have a very good trend setting attitude. It's one of his habits to observe his surroundings in a minute way to update his knowledge. And this is the very requirement of his job. Kazim Rizvi
Well by profession im a Chemical Engineer in which I have pursued a carrier working for ICI Pakistan however I’ve always had knack towards the entertainment scene. It’s safe to say that I’ve worked with all the big fish in the radio industry. I worked with City Fm 89 in NOV,05 took a break in between and then joined Radio1Fm91 worked there for about Two & half years from MAY,07 to JAN,10. I needed change so I joined Mast Fm103 in APR, 10 and its been amazing ever since. Great team of techs working with you and the producers are definitely ALL THAT =) .

Afzal Sahir
He has been working in Mast Fm 103 radio since 2005...Resilience is the word that comes in the mind when we think of afzal sahir. We all go through pain, misery and hardships in our life but very few are as courageous as Afzal Saahir is because he didn$B!G(Bt give up and decided to move forward in life. This guy is a poet, a magician, a healer , a friend and an ideal of many people in Pakistan and across the globe who understand Punjabi. The meaning and depth attached with his poetry gives us the glimpse of his dynamic personality.
He started his career in early 90$B!G(Bs without knowing that one day thousands of fans ( specially girls) will be anxiously waiting for his show in order to talk to him for few seconds. The journey which started as an editor at a very young age, has now taken different forms and now this man is an inspiration as a radio presenter and as a soulful poet
. It is difficult to say whether he is a good poet or a good RJ, but his role as an RJ has brought him very much closer to the different classes of population. Students , drivers, housewives, working ladies, old age women and men , youngsters and Scholars he is equally popular among all these people. All you have to do is to listen his show once and then you will get addicted to his voice, then it will become an obligation for you to listen to Saahir in order to sleep peacefully. This guy is a great story teller and reads the story in such manner that the listener feels that a film is being played in front of him/her with the complete gravity of the emotions. Afzal has also played an important role in motivating and introducing young talent through his shows as he encourages young singers to sing in his shows and also gives some very healthy criticism to the new singers and poets.. Three words that describe this man are spontaneity , great sense of humor and humbleness. His voice is a combination of softness, a bit of attitude, loads of sweetness and a touch of harmony. There is nothing like listening to his show "Naal Sajan De Rahiye" in the cold and foggy nights when there is no other voice but the only existing voice is of Afzal Saahir and his fabulous collection of music and poetry.
It is very difficult to manage to extremes like non stop humor and serious sensible discussions, but Saahir knows how to do this as at one point in his show he will sound as the most knowledgeable man on this planet and the very second minute the very funny and witty saahir comes into play.His poetry in itself talks about the bitter realities of life. He has talked about different things like pain of a women, selfishness, double standards of the society, hypocrisy etc with such an ease that no other poet of his time is able to do. Well there a huge contradiction when it comes to his poetry and his smile because if you read his poetry you might think that this man is extremely depressive but on the other hand his smile is full of life and gives hope to thousands of people worldwide.

When he says ‘Is dhanday main Bohat Purana’ he is not joking. Qudoos has been in the radio industry since 1998. He took his start from Lahore and did English shows. You might know him by some other name too :)
In 2003, he decided to leave for London for further studies. He enrolled in Bachelors in Music and Media Managements and has worked for one of London’s biggest desi radio stations. Alongside that he is also doing shows for a London based rock radio station.He was visiting Pakistan when he got involved with Mast FM 103 and loves it here!....His ideology is to live and let live, and have some cheeky fun along the way.
